1. Agreement to Terms

By making a reservation, signing a rental agreement, or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Eligibility and Requirements

Driver Requirements

• Minimum age of 21 years (25 for luxury vehicles)
• Valid driver's license for at least 1 year
• International Driving Permit (for non-English licenses)
• Valid passport or national identity card
• Major credit card in the driver's name

Additional Drivers

Additional drivers must meet the same requirements and be present during vehicle pickup to provide documentation and sign the rental agreement. Additional driver fees apply.

Restricted Drivers

We reserve the right to refuse service to individuals with:

• Suspended or revoked driving licenses
• Multiple traffic violations or accidents in the past 3 years
• Outstanding traffic fines or legal issues
• Previous violations of our rental terms

3. Reservations and Bookings

Modification and Cancellation

• Free Modification: Changes allowed up to 24 hours before pickup
• Cancellation: Free cancellation with 24+ hours notice
• No-Show: Full charge applies for no-show without cancellation
• Early Return: No refunds for early returns unless due to vehicle defects

Included Coverage

All rentals include basic third-party liability insurance as required by Singapore law. This covers:

• Third-party property damage
• Third-party bodily injury
• Statutory minimum coverage amounts

Optional Coverage

Exclusions

Insurance coverage does not apply to:

• Damage caused by negligence or misuse
• Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs
• Unlicensed or prohibited drivers
• Off-road driving or racing
• Damage to personal property

6. Vehicle Use and Restrictions

Permitted Use

Rental vehicles may only be used for:

• Personal transportation within Singapore
• Business travel and corporate use
• Tourism and sightseeing
• Lawful purposes only

Prohibited Activities

7. Vehicle Condition and Maintenance

Pre-Rental Inspection

Before taking possession of the vehicle, you must:

• Inspect the vehicle for existing damage
• Report any issues to our staff immediately
• Ensure all equipment and features are functioning
• Take photos/videos if requested

Maintenance Responsibilities

8. Fuel Policy

Our standard fuel policy is "Full to Full":

• Vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel
• Vehicle must be returned with a full tank
• Fuel receipts must be from within 10km of return location
• Failure to refuel will result in refueling charges plus service fee
• Use only the recommended fuel type as specified

9. Return Conditions

Return Requirements

Post-Return Inspection

We will inspect the vehicle upon return for:

• Physical damage or missing parts
• Interior condition and cleanliness
• Fuel level and mileage
• Traffic violations or fines

10. Violations and Penalties

Traffic Violations

You are responsible for all traffic violations, parking tickets, and fines incurred during the rental period. Administrative fees apply for processing violations.

Damage Assessment

Damage charges are based on:

• Actual repair costs from authorized workshops
• Loss of use charges during repair period
• Diminished value for permanent damage
• Administrative fees for claim processing

11. Termination of Rental

We reserve the right to terminate the rental agreement immediately if:

• Terms of this agreement are violated
• Vehicle is used for illegal purposes
• Driver is found to be under influence
• False information was provided
• Vehicle is abandoned or not returned

12. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by Singapore law. We are not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Personal injury not covered by insurance
• Loss of personal property
• Business interruption or lost profits
• Delays or service interruptions

13. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or inability to perform due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters or extreme weather
• Government actions or regulations
• Labor strikes or disputes
• Technical failures or cyberattacks
• Pandemics or health emergencies

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be resolved through:

1. Direct negotiation between parties
2. Mediation through Singapore Mediation Centre
3. Arbitration or court proceedings in Singapore
